Failure to follow these instructions may void your discussion request.
- DO NOT insert any text into the "Subject/Headline" field. Doing so may void your discussion request.
- For the "Title" field, insert a short and effective title for the discussion you wish to create.
- Insert your username into the "User" field.
- Insert a one-sentence description of the purpose of the conversation into the "Purpose" field.
- Insert any additional details to help support your request in the "Details" field (optional).
Please add the page you are requesting to your watchlist (a link will appear in your request), as you are responsible for starting the discussion once it is created. If a requested discussion is not started by the requesting user within seven days of being added, it will be removed and subsequent applications by the same user will be given lower priority than they would otherwise.
