Civility is required of all users when interacting with other editors, be it personally, on talk pages, on the Community Portal or the Village Pump, as well as when making edit summaries. Even if you don't respect any of your fellow editors, you can be civil to them. If civility is not maintained, offending users may be blocked on a temporary basis at the discretion of an administrator. No one should be permanently blocked for breaching civility.
