The Aerican Empire, conventional short form Aerica, is a Micronation spanning four galactic bodies founded on May 8th 1987. The country consists of nine colonies, with various degrees of self-government (at their own discretion, as allowed by the Constitution). Terrestrial colonies include three colonies in North America (Earth, the Pasture, and Parrwater) and three in Oceania (Chompsville, Psyche, and Retsaot Island). Three extraterrestrial colonies also exist: Mars, Northern Plutopia, and Verden.
The Aerican Empire is bordered to the north by the North Galactic Pole, to the south by South Galactic Pole, to the west by the Andromeda Galaxy, and to the east by the Pinwheel Galaxy. Aerica is a federal constitutional monarchy with a semi-representative parliament, the Senate.
